The 2003 Mercury 90 HP ELPTO 2-Stroke Outboard Motor offers excellent performance for boaters looking for a reliable 2-stroke engine. Despite some cosmetic wear, including scrapes and scratches on the cowlings, the engine is in good overall shape.
