This engine is a 40 / 60 HP version, which means that the hood says 40 HP, but in reality it is a 4 cylinder 60 HP. This original 60 HP engine (intended for the Italian market, among others) is limited from the factory to 40 HP because in Italy a boating license is required for engines above 40 HP. After we have removed the limitation, it is an original 60 HP engine. An original 40 HP Yamaha is a 3 cylinder and an original 60 HP Yamaha is always a 4 cylinder.
Latest model 2023 with fuel injection, power trim, trolling function and electric start. The trolling is controlled via the speed/trim meter.
Engine comes with the latest type 703 remote control, new type digital LAN speed/trim gauge and propeller. Of course, all cabling and the 4 engine mounting bolts are included. Everything new in boxes.
